What the website does—and what makes a booking final.
These terms explain the difference between browsing a planning guide, requesting a quote, and accepting confirmed travel services.
Effective: when these terms are published on taranamagtravel.com.
Website information and inquiries
Package pages, itineraries, inclusions, availability statements, and displayed amounts are planning guides unless a written quotation says otherwise. Sending the trip planner creates an inquiry. It does not hold a seat or room, confirm availability, create a reservation, or charge a payment method.
Written quotation
A quotation should identify the traveler-specific services, dates, passenger assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, total price, currency, payment schedule, validity period, and supplier conditions available at that time. Availability and prices may change until the required acceptance and payment steps in the quotation are completed.
Acceptance and payment
A booking becomes binding only under the acceptance and payment instructions stated in the final quotation or booking confirmation. Do not send payment-card information through the website inquiry form. Official payment instructions, receipts, and booking references should be checked against the written quotation.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Change fees, cancellation charges, refund eligibility, deadlines, and no-show rules depend on the selected airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, and other suppliers. The conditions stated in the accepted quotation and supplier rules govern the booking. Request any change in writing as early as possible.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for supplying accurate names and ages, reviewing all booking details, arriving on time, and holding valid passports, identification, visas, permits, health documents, insurance, and other requirements for the full journey. Requirements can change; confirm them with the relevant government, embassy, carrier, and insurer before purchase and departure.
Disruption and supplier services
Schedules and services may be affected by weather, transport disruption, government action, safety restrictions, or supplier changes. Tara Na Magtravel will communicate known options and applicable supplier conditions, but third-party services remain subject to the providers that operate them.
Questions before accepting
Ask for clarification if a price, inclusion, deadline, supplier, or condition is unclear. Use the trip planner to start an inquiry; an adviser can then provide the traveler-specific quotation and terms for review.
